Process Solutions has acquired two office spaces at the WeWork Holyoke building in Seattle, WA. The new office gives Process Solutions a presence in the region’s hub-city, while also offering employees with a south-end option to work from. The space also establishes a venue for customers and suppliers to meet with Process Solutions’ sales and engineering teams, as well as help attract the technical talent that Seattle is known for. Overall, the new office gives Process Solutions flexibility for growth, and establishes a future model for expansion into other cities.
Process Solutions’ energy management and refrigeration division, which recently introduced Airixa, a product providing energy management and refrigeration capabilities to industrial facilities, will operate exclusively from the Seattle office. From there, attracting engineering talent that otherwise would be unwilling to commute to Stanwood is made possible. Process Solutions aims to establish additional divisions of the company out of the Seattle office in the future.
The Holyoke building’s workspace design features private offices with spaces for individuals, as well as teams of 2-100+. Additionally, the building features common areas where members can work at one of the many available desks, or on a couch or chair alongside their peers and colleagues. Each of these common areas has a bright aesthetic vibe, and includes a kitchen stocked with free coffee, tea, fruit water, and beer.
The new Seattle office is roughly five blocks from the Washington State Ferry Terminal, and has easy access to I-5, I-90, bus, train, light rail, and streetcar stations. The waterfront is only two blocks away, and shopping centers like Pike Place Market are nearby. Ivar’s, Boka, Homegrown, Blue Taco and the Metropolitan Grill round off the ample list of restaurants and amenities within walking distance.
Celebrating 30 years in business, Process Solutions has emerged as a leader in the control systems and integration industry. Quality and experience are built in to every control system that ships from Process Solutions’ 30,000 square foot facility in Stanwood, Washington.
