Hans Hendricksen Promoted to Engineering Manager for Process Solutions Strategic Partner, Heat and Control

September 26, 2016 – Stanwood, Wash. – Process Solutions, Inc., a leader in control systems design and integration, is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Hans Hendricksen to Engineering Manager of Process Solutions customer, Heat and Control.  

Hans has been with Process Solutions for over five years, holding multiple positions including, Technical Writer, Software Designer, Project Engineer, and Senior Project Engineer. While holding these positions, Hans has been responsible for developing functional specs, co-developing Process Solutions standard software code, overseeing the development of software, and improving simulation structure.

With his promotion to Engineering Manager, Hans will oversee all projects and initiatives pertaining to Heat and Control, as well as overseeing scheduling and assessing engineer work load. Hans will also be responsible for providing staffing recommendations.

Prior to working at Process Solutions, Hans received his Associate of Arts Degree from Peninsula Community College. After graduating from Community College, Hans transferred to Central Washington University where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology with a specialization in Computer Engineering Technology. Hans’ also has prior management experience, which includes scheduling team members, handling commercial orders and daily accounting tasks.
